# Kesshō

> Kesshō is an award-winning craft bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Austin, Texas, making single-origin chocolate bars and gelato inspired by Asian flavours — black sesame, matcha, hojicha, genmaicha, yuzu, lychee rose, salted plum and boba tea. Founded in 2019, making chocolate in Austin since 2022. Winner of three 2026 Good Food Awards and Gold at the 2025 International Chocolate Awards World Final.

Everything sold in North America is manufactured in Austin, Texas. Bars, confections and cookies ship nationwide. Gelato is never shipped — online gelato orders are collection-only from the Austin trailers, though some retail stockists carry pints in store.
