Dubai-Style Black Sesame White Chocolate is a filled bar: Japanese black sesame paste and toasted kataifi enclosed in our Academy of Chocolate Gold award-winning black sesame white chocolate — savoury, sweet, toasty and crisp.

Our reinterpretation of the Dubai-style chocolate format, built on sesame rather than pistachio. The black sesame paste is made by Wadaman, a fifth-generation Osaka roaster working since 1883 and widely considered Japan's finest. Master roaster Etsuji Wada uses a traditional three-step low–high–low heat process that produces a distinctly aromatic, crisp sesame.
