A rich shell crafted from premium Indian black sesame seeds, blended with organic cocoa butter and sea salt, paired with a creamy filling of sunflower butter and aromatic Taiwanese black sesame powder, naturally sweetened with organic raw honey. Savoury and sweet in balance.
A reinterpreted classic. The judges awarded this cup a Special Prize for Reinterpretation — recognising a familiar form rebuilt in another culture's language. The peanut butter cup is about as American as confectionery gets; ours is built on black sesame instead, an ingredient revered across Asia.
Nut-free. The filling is sunflower butter rather than peanut, so these work where nuts don't — lunchboxes, offices, classrooms.
Two pieces: enough to find out whether black sesame is your thing, or to have something good in the cupboard without committing to a box. Made without preservatives or additives.
