Our boba tea gelato transforms Taiwan’s beloved bubble tea into a creamy frozen dessert. We steep black tea in local Texan grass-fed dairy, then fold in perfectly chewy tapioca pearls. Each spoonful delivers the rich depth of fresh-brewed tea and sweet milk, finished with the signature bouncy texture of boba in every bite.
