Cookies and Cream Gelato features high-quality Kesshō bean-to-bar chocolate cookies, blended with low-temperature pasteurized milk and cream sourced from a family-owned farm in McGregor, Texas. Each bite offers rich chocolatey creaminess and a satisfying, indulgent texture.

Ingredients: Non-homogenised whole milk, Grade A cream (milk), cane sugar, chocolate chunk cookies (unbleached wheat flour, light brown sugar, dark brown sugar, egg, unsalted butter, 74% bean-to-bar chocolate [whole cacao bean, cane sugar, cocoa butter, cinnamon powder], baking powder), whole milk powder, glucose syrup, egg yolk, gelatin, gelato stabiliser (guar gum, sucrose, carrageenan, locust bean gum).

Allergens: Contains milk, egg and wheat. Made in a facility that also processes tree nuts and sesame.
