Sichuan Hot Pot 62% Dark Chocolate Bar – Single Origin

Sichuan Hot Pot 62% is a single-origin dark chocolate bar made with Ugandan cacao, fermented black beans, toasted sesame and Sichuan green pepper — savoury, nutty and gently numbing rather than hot.

We made this bar to capture the soul of Sichuan hotpot. Aromatic umami and gentle heat keep even spice-shy friends reaching back for more. Ugandan cacao meets fermented black beans, the nutty aroma of toasted white sesame, and the bright lift of spices. A dusting of dry chilli and a pinch of sea salt bring it into focus.
