Our chocolate chunk cookies are a testament to our commitment to craftsmanship and flavor innovation. Each cookie features our special mulled wine chocolate, created through a unique process:

1. We start with premium Semuliki cacao nibs.
2. These nibs are soaked in a blend of Marsala wine, Cointreau, and rum to infuse them with complex flavors.
3. After soaking, the nibs are carefully dried to remove all alcohol.
4. We then melange these flavor-infused nibs with cinnamon powder and sugar to create our signature mulled wine chocolate.
5. Finally, chunks of this special chocolate are folded into our perfectly balanced cookie dough.

The result? A cookie with subtle spice notes and a rich chocolate flavor that perfectly complements the sweetness of the dough.

Important note: While alcohol is used in the production process, the final product contains 0% alcohol. Our drying process ensures that all alcohol evaporates, leaving behind only the delicious flavors.

You can also pick up cookies at our Kesshō trailer located at South 1st food court every Thursday through Sunday, available for your enjoyment.

We place 6 cookies in one gift box, and it's best to enjoy them within one week. They can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 1 month, and bring to room temperature about 20 to 30 minutes before consuming.
